Raindancer

"During the peak of winter, the human body slows, growing lethargic — an ancient survival instinct urging us to remain sheltered and warm. In the embrace of a rainstorm, our minds grow drowsy, lulled by the rhythm of falling water, as if nature itself were whispering that it is time to rest. Weather chooses our state of being, shaping thought, mood, and action without our consent. But the Raindancer defies this natural command. Through arcane mastery, the Raindancer conjures and alters the weather in their immediate surroundings — weaving sudden storms, soothing drizzles, or eerie stillness into the battlefield. Friend or foe, all who step into their sphere are subject to the elemental moods they invoke."

The Raindancer evokes spells through a magical Dreamcatcher that can change the weather of the immediate vicinity. While useful, a Raindancer's spells can also be dangerous, as weather effects will affect all in the battlefield, including allies. Each weather pattern conjured will last for 2 turns.

Abilities:

Raindance – You go into a state of dancing that channels magic into weather for 2 turns. Weather States:

Rainstorm – Lightly obscures battlefield, extinguishes open light flames, and everyone gains resistance to fire.

Thunderstorm – Lightly obscures battlefield, extinguishes large fires, random thunder makes everyone roll for concentration breaks, lightning may strike random creatures or environments. As a bonus action during a Thunderstorm each turn (2 turns per weather), you may call down lightning upon an enemy.

Sunbreak – You invoke a clear sky weather. Dispels any fog effects or AOEs that affect visibility or Blind. Makes shadow-based attacks stronger.

Mistveil – You invoke a heavy fog that heavily obscures vision and gives everyone stealth advantage. Ranged attacks deal less damage, and Disengage becomes a bonus action.

Blizzard – You invoke a snowstorm. Everyone rolls to take Cold damage at the start of their turn. Movement speed is halved for everyone. Bodies of water become frozen and puddles freeze, becoming unstable ground.

Dreamlinked Rain – You conjure a spell that makes weather effects give allies +1 to all saving throws while active for 4 turns max.

Ultimate Ability – Weather Spiral – You invoke a spell that allows you to change the weather at any time during any turn for 5 turns and inflict their specific effects individually as bonus turns, like pushing someone with a gust of wind during a Blizzard. During these turns, your allies will have a magical aura that lessens all effects of weather.
