Races

In the Sisterworlds, the term race refers to any branch of humanity that has evolved distinctive physical or biological features separating them from others. In the beginning, all humans were Bina Elfs—the first form of humanity, created in the image of the goddess Amare herself. Small and eternally youthful, the Bina Elves retain childlike bodies throughout their long lifespans, living up to three centuries. But as humanity spread across the Sisterworlds and adapted to new climates and environments, evolution shaped them into new and varied forms. From the Bina Elves came the most common branches of modern humanity: the Astrals and the Elves, who continue to populate many worlds to this day.

In the Sisterworlds, races are categorized into two distinct evolutionary groups:

Interplanetary Races – These are races whose evolution is consistent and recognizable across multiple Sisterworlds. They embody universal human adaptations and are often found wherever civilization thrives. Examples include Astrals, Elfs , Merfolk, and other fundamental offshoots of early humanity.

Uniplanetary Races – These are races unique to a single world, shaped by its specific climate, conditions, and divine influence. Their evolution often exceeds the limitations of the early races, granting them traits and abilities found nowhere else. Uniplanetary races embody the individuality of their homeworlds—living reflections of how humanity adapts, survives, and transforms within the endless diversity of the Sisterworlds.
