By manipulating electrical signals at a microscopic, nearly undetectable scale, they can peer into the brain’s activity, intercept synaptic transmissions, and rewrite a person's movement, will, and thought. What appears as harmless static is, in the hands of a Neuromancer, the very language of control — and they speak it fluently."

The Neurocaster specializes in reading electric movement deep within other human bodies. They study electricity magic in a way that allows them to hyperconcentrate their spells into the small, yet constant, sparks of electricity that transpire within human brains, muscles, and the nervous system. This allows them to effectively control others, manipulating warriors within enemy ranks and causing mass confusion and, seemingly, betrayal.

Abilities:

Ray of Static – You shoot a concentrated ray of static, dealing either no damage or minute damage, but applying the Electricity Affinity. This is best used to electrify bodies of water, power electronics, etc.

Static Shockwave – You release a small shockwave of static, dealing either no damage or minute damage, but applying the Electricity Affinity.

Neural Override – You select an enemy to attempt a neural override on, taking over their bodies and their turn for 2-3 turns if they fail a saving roll, and dazing them if they succeed. You may control that enemy on their turn. There is a max of 5 enemies able to be controlled at once, but the more you control at once the more unstable the connection is, causing glitches in their movement or random status effects due to nervous system confusion.

Neural Feedback Loop (Passive) - The more a controlled enemy attacks other enemies, the more infighting will happen. Any enemies attacked by their own will receive additional Psychic damage, or become Surprised if it is the first strike.

Neurotrance Beacon – You read an enemy's brain activity, reading their next moves and thus granting them disadvantage on any offense directed at you until the Beacon is dismissed or placed onto another enemy.

Neurolens Calibration – You adjust your Neurolens to detect instabilities in allies' brain activity, using Static to heal them of a negative emotion based spell (Fear, Rage, etc).

Synapse Unravel – You touch an enemy within melee range, disrupting their brainwaves and causing them to forget what they are doing for the next turn. They will also attack a random enemy at a random time in the battle.

Ultimate Ability – Synaptic Collapse – You release a massive wave of static energy that will confuse all enemies and strengthen the brain waves of allies, making their attacks and defenses stronger.
