Mirraketh

The Mirraketh are a formidable Lucian race native to the once-harsh deserts of Moave, evolved with insect-like instincts and a natural scorpion tail capable of striking foes or secreting venom to coat their weapons. Their hardened physiology and primal awareness helped them survive the unforgiving climate of ancient Moave. But the land has since changed.

Under the rule of a powerful Ludocracy, Moave has transformed into a glittering empire of wealth, tourism, and vice — and the Mirraketh have adapted with it. Now, they dominate the desert’s casino cities, rising to become some of the most cunning and feared business leaders in the region. Though their raw physical strength often comes at the cost of magical aptitude, few dare to challenge them. In the deserts of Moave, the sting of a Mirraketh — whether in business or battle — is rarely survived.

+Passive – Bartering: You can barter for lower prices more efficiently, and have advantage rolls on Intimidation rolls concerning money or business. 

 

+ Ability – Scorpion Strike: You strike an enemy with your tail, rolling to poison them. 

 

+ Ability – Poison Infuse (Reaction): On any melee attack, you may trigger a reaction to infuse your weapon with poison for the current strike by spitting at it with your tail. 

 

+ Ability – Ally Infuse (Reaction): On any melee attack, you may trigger a reaction to spit poison at an ally's weapon during their melee attack if they are close enough to you.  

 

+ Ability – Burrow: Can burrow through sand, teleporting to a nearby area.
