Known across the Sisterworlds for producing the most detailed and coveted maps of the world, continents, cities, and regions, the Cartagrannans have turned exploration into an art form — and a thriving economy. Their homeland lies within the Graphica Sea, a vast expanse of shallow, glimmering waters scattered with small crimson-hued islands.
  To adapt to the terrain and avoid the region’s hostile wildlife — predators with thin, heat-sensitive skin that avoid water — Cartagrannans have cleverly built their cities on the coasts or directly atop the water, using the sea itself as a natural barrier. Floating towers, luxurious mansions, and ever-expanding palaces make Cartagranna not only a center of knowledge, but a kingdom where survival, ingenuity, and discovery go hand in hand.
