Bounty Hunter
"The Bounty Hunter is a relentless tracker and front-line tank who wields a powerful crossbow and specializes in hunting high-value targets. They gain increased damage and control success based on the wealth or valuable equipment of their quarry. With a combination of ranged suppression, heavy armor, grappling techniques, and uncanny intuition for the rich and dangerous, the Bounty Hunter dominates priority threats."
The Bounty Hunter's damage widely ranges depending on the monetary value carried by the targeted enemy. If an enemy is of poor quality, carries low or no gold, basic weapons and basic clothing, you will deal low damage. If an enemy is richer, carries expensive armor, jewelry, coins, etc, you will deal much higher damage. The Bounty Hunter is unaware of an enemy's coin level until you either use Assess or damage them. The Bounty Hunter uses a crossbow, which allows the loading of crossbow bolts (Higher damage) or regular arrows (Lower damage), both can be crafted at camp.
Abilities:
Assess – You assess the amount of value on a specific enemy. You also roll to possibly mark this enemy as your bounty for the next 3 turns.
Mark – You roll to mark a bounty directly.
Grappling Shot – You fire a chained bolt, allowing you to choose whether to pull your target closer to you, or pull yourself closer to the target.
Trophy Plating – You use coins from your inventory to plate your armor and raise your defence for 3 turns.
Relentless Pursuit (Passive) - You gain extra movement speed if moving directly towards a marked target, and ignore unstable ground.
Intimidating Presence – You use a taunt that frightens your marked bounty, forcing them to use all their movement speed to move away from you on their turn.
Bounty Shield Wall (Reaction) - If your marked bounty attacks another ally, you can use this reaction to block the attack by shooting a crossbow bolt either at them or at their ranged attack.
Ultimate Ability – High Value Capture – You capture a bounty of your choice, restraining them and forcing them to be by your side for the next 3 turns. During your turn, you can command them with a bonus action to cast an ability in their array of your choice, like force them to cast a spell on an enemy, etc.
