Lobot
A former thief with an enhanced cybernetic brain, Lobot is steadfastly loyal to Cloud City. Serving as the Computer Liaison Officer and chief aide to the Baron Administrator, Lobot is arguably the most powerful person on Cloud City. Due to the machinery in his brain, Lobot now has difficulty engaging in human conversation and very seldom speaks. When he does speak, he does not waste time on pleasantries. He is to the point and unflinchingly honest.
