Tsushima
The town of Kamitsushimamachitoyo (上対馬町豊), located in the northern area of the island of Tsushima houses the Meta Human School of Japan, an institution for training and development of those with abilities beyond human.
The town is mostly an idyllic community surrounded by mountainous forests everywhere but to the north where the city ends in a large bay which connects to the ocean.
While this town might seem like an odd choice for situating such an important facility its location in the Korean Strait and proximity to the 海栗島 Air Force Base make it ideal as a projection of strength to the rest of Asia; while their remoteness to anything else makes it easier to deal with the super powered students.
