Spice Girls

A newly established superhero team based in State of Japan, the "Spice Girls" are considered a criminal organization due to their refusal to register as part of Japan's security forces and their operations outside of the country. While the group has a chilly relationship with the government they have mostly been left to their own devices.   Curiously the team doesn't employ any item to conceal their members identities, yet their faces are impossible to ID, even when using sophisticated methods.

Founder of the team, little is known of her beyond her crime fighting activities; she's believed to hail from Hanamigawa-ku, Chiba, since she debuted in that city and remained active almost exclusively within Chiba and Tokyo, the one exception was in 2015 when she stopped a heist in Kyoto but it is speculated that she was there as a class trip.   Lambaste carries around an oversized golden mallet, while in possession of the mallet she's receives enhanced endurance, strength and dexterity. She can freely alter the shape, mass, density and length of her mallet.   Lambaste wears a black waistcoat dress over a Baltic blue blouse, blue evening gloves and a golden necklace on her collar, below her dress she wears black pants and clashing punk boots.

She paired up with Lambaste as a crime fighting duo in 2015. FoF is a speedster, she's capable of dashing in very short bouts (about 20 meters each) at high hyper-sonic speeds (Mach 25). During these dashes she becomes highly aware which permits her to react in microseconds during her dashes, which allows her to concatenate her dashes, dodge or attack in milliseconds.   FoF can only maintain her speed up to a second and for every second of using her powers she must rest for 10.   As FoF dashes she builds up heat on her body, as she heats up she's strengthened increasing the power of her attacks and her resistance to damage but building up tension which hinders her movement, slows her down and increases her cool down period.   She wears a black hoodie, red pants and black sneakers.

Joined two months after Flight, she can control air waves, masking noise around herself or using the to launch sonic attacks. She wears a thin black shawl over her clothing, a strapless black dress over a yellow sweater.

The current leader, the overseer is rarely seen out in the field but they keep in touch with the team through telepathy. The overseer can create items from foes he defeats which increase the "stats" of the wielder. The overseer's items have no set duration and can be continue to be used until they dispel them or they break

He's not a member of the team, at least not officially, but a recurring supporter and contact between the Japanese government and the team. He's a young man wearing a tuxedo and a white mask.
