Zhào Qíshān
Zhào Qíshān (赵岐山) is the current President of the PRC as well as Chairman of the the CCP since 2001.
Zhào led the Chinese during "The Panic", he helped supply and organize Kuznetsov's and the DPRK forces in exchange of support in pacifying Manchuria, Mongolia and the northern area of East China.
Zhào managed to easily suppress the southern rebellions during his tenure but in 2005 he faced a massive rebellion in Nanjing, the Students Coup, a rebellion sponsored by the ROC government and with hundreds of meta humans, particularly from Taiwan, East, South and Western China.
The rebellion was short lived and most of its leadership was captured early but it served to spark a number of similar rebellions in Eastern China and Western China which would serve Tibet, Xinjiang, Taiwan and the short lived Republic of Canton to all do a bid for independence.
Zhào brutally repressed the independence movements in Canton in 2005 and Tibet in 2006; the invasion of Taiwan was delayed until 2012 when the Russian government fully committed to a military support the invasion if any of Japan, the Americans or the British declared war over Taiwan.
By 2013 Taiwan was fully under Chinese occupation and One China Policy was reaffirmed.
