Captain Africa

Born in 1962 as Alexander Bacon he enlisted in the Ugandan army where he reached the rank of Captain in 1992. That same year he discovered himself capable of superhuman agility, reflexes and strength, as well as predicting incoming danger and granting similar abilities to his allies.   He defected the army in 1994 as the Panic was in full swing and command was too weakened to chase after him. After defecting he became a movie director by exploiting his newly gained talents to coordinate large scale fighting scenes and grant his stuntmen superpowers.   He joined the CAN campaign in 1996, his popularity in Africa vastly increased the CAN’s profile, his command and abilities as well proved crucial to maintain the non meta human soldiers efficiency.   After the triumph in Chad he joined the revolutionary movement in Congo, he’s become a major figure in the African meta human scene.

He has super human agility, reflexes and strength. He also possess danger precognition as well as the ability to share his abilities with his allies.

Dresses in a beaten up brown jacket and fedora. He uses a silver whip and specially developed laser gun. Neither of these weapons is quite as effective as a punch from him but he loves using them.
