Oblivixe
Many will say that Oceangarde is the oldest empire, but this is not exactly true. For at least five hundred years (so stories say) before Oceangarde began its dynastic rule, Oblivixe has been ruled over by the Lichlord Drethe. Lore does not say what the structure of Oblivixe was like prior to the arrival of Drethe, but most agree that it had already been a unified territory before he claimed it.
