Epra

Epra is a terrestrial planet covered mostly in savannahs and grassy woodlands. The People and Culture from the planet are called Tiq-en.   Epra is a member planet of the Galactic Coalition.

Star System

Epra is located in a single-star system with six planets, one of which is Epra. Epra has two moons that orbit it.

Ecosystem & Geography

The planet's main sources of water are its small shallow oceans and numerous river and lake sources.   The planet has a primarily dry and semi-arid climate in most areas making most of the biomes on the planet plains, meadows, and grassy woodlands, which are all prone to wildfires, and a smaller amount of forested areas. It has a few mountain ranges, but most of the planet is lowland plains and woodlands.

Population

Most of the planet’s population is made up of Tiq’en people, with small pockets of other species mostly being located in the larger urban centers.   The majority of the population lives in small to medium sized urban settlements separated by stretches of rural land. The capital and some of the market cities are larger and take up more space. Much of the population is focused on agriculture.

Infrastructure

The planet has decent infrastructure, but most of it is centered around the urban centers of the planet. The rural areas of the planet have less infrastructure with people probably having to go a long way in order to get a new tool or a ship off-world unless they own their own fast transport.   Despite travel being a bit difficult across the planet, most rural people on the planet have access to modern amenities and machinery, even if it might be a bit harder to find a part if it breaks down.
