Andrei Rianofski
The last ruler of Manacle Bay, before it became Coralmar. A very greedy and corrupt man, Andrei would spent the gold collected from the very high taxes he imposed with his own pleasures. Being the ruler of the city where all travelers from Northnest would have to pass to enter Southset, what forced the ships that didn't pay it to pass through Serpent's Path, a very dangerous and treacherous region, known to be the home of Obere.
Hated by the majority of the city, he was removed from power following a rebellion organized by Gally Coralmar. Andrei died alone in The Lost Eel, Coralmar's prison ship, six years later.
