The End of the First War

With the creation of the new deities of war, the first war comes to an end.

As Galetaer, Rhidite and Marus came into existence the preparation for the final battle of the first war begun. The deities gathered all loyal creatures and the final charge began. The battle itself lasted days, there where major losses on both sides but the deities where winning. The battle itself caused huge changes to the world, it looked almost unrecognisable but by the end, they managed to contain the destroyers to one area. Whilst the other deities were holding them back Vhol and Imos worked to make chains to bind the destroyers to their plane of existence. The enemies taking notice of this they put their last effort into destroying the two of them. Rhidite protected them valiantly but it was marus' sacrifice that lead them to victory. Just as Imos was finishing the final enchantment a large number of destroyers burst out of nowhere to attack her but just before they managed to hit her marus jumped in front of her losing his arm in the process but the spell finished and it bound the destroyers to the original planes made for them. Galetaer managed to destroy lots most of the troops singlehandedly but the enemies corrupting magic enhanced his anger to an uncontrollable degree, killing many of his allies and even blinding rhiddite. The war was over, neither side losing the lives of their leaders but both sides were injured and lost many mortals in the process. Many would call the victory phyrric.
