Circle of Bounty

"We are the bloom after the blaze, the warmth that stirs seed to life, the endless generosity of the sun"

Circle of Bounty druids channel the radiant, renewing force of the sun. Their Spirit Beast manifests as a luminous guardian of life and fire, a creature of growth, healing, and protective flame.

Subclass Features

3rd Level

Sunfire Companion

Your Spirit Beast is imbued with solar energy. It gains the following traits:

  • Radiant Form: Your Spirit Beast sheds bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light 30 feet beyond that. You can extinguish or reignite this light as a bonus action.
  • Sun’s Gift: When your Spirit Beast is summoned or resummoned, you can choose any number of creatures within 30 feet to regain HP equal to your Wis mod (min 1). (Uses = Prof bonus per long rest.)
  • Solar Burn: The Spirit Beast’s attacks deal an extra 1d6 fire or radiant damage (your choice each turn).

6th Level

Harvest’s Blessing

You can encourage rapid growth and healing:

  • When you cast a healing spell, the target also gains temp HP equal to your druid level.
  • As an action, you can cause plants in a 10-foot radius within 60 feet to erupt in sudden bloom — this area becomes difficult terrain for enemies, and allies within it regain HP = your Wis mod at the start of their turns (lasts 1 minute, 1/rest).

10th Level

Radiant Bloom

Your Spirit Beast becomes an extension of the sun’s bounty:

  • Its extra damage increases to 2d6 (fire or radiant).
  • When you cast a healing spell on a creature within 30 feet of your Spirit Beast, you can also grant that creature advantage on its next attack or saving throw.
  • The Spirit Beast can hover and gains 30 ft fly speed.

14th Level

Summer’s Zenith

Your solar magic flourishes at full strength:

  • When you cast a healing spell or your Spirit Beast uses Sun’s Gift, you can choose one creature within range to shed bright light in a 10-foot radius and deal 1d8 radiant damage to the first creature that hits it with a melee attack (lasts 1 minute).
  • Your plant bloom (from Harvest’s Blessing) radius doubles to 20 feet, and enemies in it take 1d6 radiant damage at the start of their turns.
