Once the only source of law in Cragcrown it was only fitting that they eventually became the unofficial leader of it. Not that there are many laws IN the bandit city, but whenever a fight or dispute broke out it was quickly resolved for fear of attracting the attention of Volca. Volca adopted a 'shoot-first-ask-questions-later' stance, leading everyone whose ended up on her bad side typically 6' further under ground than they already were.BASIC INFORMATION
