The Beginning of the First Era

Era beginning/end

The beginning of the human chronology in Ansalon. Events from prior to this (Elven, Dwarven, etc. chronologies) will be referred to as happening "X years before the First Era". The First Era lasted 4094 years.

The exact time for the beginning of the First Era is different since all the three main races kept their own records of time before uniting under the same system in the beginning of the Second Era. For humans, the first Era Lasted for 4094 years while for dwarves and elves this is closer to 10,000 years.   For the purposes of the timeline, the human chronology will be used; the first era will span from year 0E1 to 4094E1. For events before the human chronology, the following format will be used: X years before the First Era.
