Sultan Zeruz the Magnificent
Zeruz is a marid, a water djinni, who rules a portion of the elemental plane of water. He has a particular penchant for entertainers from the prime material and often resorts to kidnapping them for entertainment in his underwater castle. There exists a permanent portal between his realm and Ansalon in a lake south of Fitchview.
