The infamous Drow wizards of Valesburg

Here is a passage of the book "the history of Valesburg and it's inhabitants" by sage Oloberos detailing the three Drow wizards of The Dark Tower: Raistlin, Dalamar and Siras.   --------------------------   All three of them are drow wizards of the black robes. Raistlin is the oldest and most ancient one of them all, and was the master for the other two, and taught them many things about the arcane during a time period when magic was less practiced among common folk. The three all lived in the dark tower in Valesburg, and were mostly feared, but didn't interfere much in public matters. Not much else is known about him, but he supposedly died centuries ago.   Dalamar was the older of the two students. It is unknown if Siras, the current resident of the tower, and Dalamar, are blood related. According to the historybooks Dalamar eventually became stronger than both his master and fellow student. He overthrew his master, likely killing him in an argument, and forced Siras into exile, becoming the sole resident of the tower. However, his thirst for power was not quenched. Eventually he began a chain of events in an attempt to reach godhood, which resulted in the summoning of Voraci to walk the material plane.   This did not end well for the black mage. While Dalamar himself was likely not a suitable vessel for Voraci, she devised a plan to bring someone in who was. A simpleton would not be able to support a powerful deity of death, and the dark elf himself was too powerful and capable to fully be controlled by the goddess. Delicate manipulation with promises of great power and divine secrets, however, did the job, and a suitable vessel in a devoted priest of Martha called Oris was brought to the tower.   Voraci's decay slowly seeped into the poor priest over time. One fateful day for Dalamar, Oris was finally ready to become the vessel for Voraci to unleash a lot of her powers through to the material plane. This was not what the drow wizard had had in mind at all and. The vessel and the mage did battle, but eventually Dalamar's powers ran out and he was destroyed, his body completely evaporated from existence.   Sometime after the war, Siras returned from his exile to claim the tower as his own, and has lived there ever since. His current motives are unknown, but he seems to mostly stay in his tower and is rarely seen outside.   --------------   Credits:   Raistlin and Dalamar are characters from koibu0's campaigns. Their stories written here are my interpretations of what happened to them in that story. Before that I believe they were loosely based on characters with same names from the Dragonlance book series. Siras is my own 'creation' for the campaign I run as it is set roughly three centuries in the alternate future(in the "canon" timeline Voraci's invasion was never stopped).
