Topenfel
Currently under Leidenstein Consortium rule Topenfel was one of the established by Eldwell Navy rescue islands for the people of the surrounding territories.
Topenfel is a Leidenstein navy training ground and resupply post close to enemy lines. Its population is largely Eldwelian and they all live under corporate-rule with over 90% of the population working in some capacity for the company
The main settlement is protected by a coastal wall but the poorest part of the city is situated outside the wall in houses built on stilts
