Rock Wren

The Rock Wren consists of a humanoid, female figure.
  Large leathered wings that are furred on their exterior. 
Taloned appendages. 
Elongated necks that are also furred. 
Red eyes on bat like faces.

Rock Wrens produces eggs in a 6 month period. The eggs are of a large size and they can produces 2-6 eggs during this time.

A Rock Wren chick is fully evolved at maturity within 1 year of it's hatching.

The Rock Wren are native to the Mineral Mountains near Dora, they prefer to nest in the dark iron caves.

Once a fairly placid species, the Rock Wren are now quite hostile to any being that comes into it's territory. They have not been seen outside of the Mineral Mountains and have not come to the city in dated history but the miners of the mountains now have to exclusively work during the light hours of the day as it has become extremely dangerous at star rise. The Rock Wren would originally hunt small species than themselves and very infrequently as it seems they don't need to feed for necessity until the time comes closer to their nesting period, they would lull the creatures into a pleasant sleep and once in their nesting area the creature would be devoured quite quickly, appearing to not rise from their happy dreaming's. Since the DD they seem to now see all species as a threat to their existence and behave with the intention to eradicate all that exist in their night hours.

The Rock Wren eggs when fermented have been discovered in Solime to hold the properties of giving strength to their consumer. The skin of the consumer grows taut and shimmering like metal and acts in this way for a temporary period of a few days.

The Rock Wren has a sonar like seeing and hearing capability. They can seek prey through the mountainscape by the echo's that resonate through the area.
