Aceso   purchased offerings for Eldath, Mielikki, and Chanteau.  

Operation Details

We teleported to the Capitol embassy and met Armando and his people that Aceso had prearranged to do work for the temple build project. Aceso provided the papers for their entry.   On arrival to the Capitol Embassy we were advised the king also requested we investigate a house of unknown, but suspected arcane danger. A few capitol guards have already attempted but not survived.       Concerned for not offending the gods before the temple is even open, Erik stopped at local vendors to purchase proper offering to Eldath, Mielikki, and Chanteau.   *For future reference: the temple is situation on the Kings road, essentially city center along major intersection.   Once we reached the temple we found it being protested by the local guild members.   Apparently Aceso's finding his own labor resulted in upsetting the local who otherwise would have done the work. Two of the king's soldiers were dispatched to disperse the crowd, with authorization to kill if needs me, when they seemed fine in doing.   Sora from Northern Moonwell was at the temple assisting in the more nature focused building of the temple. Obviously she was far less inclined to see the protestors killed.   Xion and Erik talked and calmed the protestors down, and with a 'donation' 100 gold.       After settling the protestors we set for the the kings request.   if needed for future reference:   3127 Eastwall RD   near easting gate   Across from Fleetwood park   Garden District       When we arrived there we were met with some ... stranger. Appeared human, but barely.   Looked as if he had been living very rough and homeless, but possessed.   He spoke well so there was full intelligence in him.   He referred to himself as the Observer, the Beast, The one, the face behind the mask.   He was offended at Sylvie's offer of charity.   He said that Gixxy could do him a favor more than rest of party, because Gixxy understands the needs to make deals with... unnatural sources.   He did try to chat Erik up in about pursuit of power. but Erik recognized evil if he doesn't know. He excused himself as focused on the house mission.       We investigated and found it infested with flying insect like creatures. They attacked by injecting larva into the backs of victims. Two bodies were located at our arrival. After killing approximately 5 insects we were attacked by in incredibly swift and vicious fighter wearing a wolf's skin head dress. After finally killing him, Sylvie saw the head dress was enchanted with some form necrotic magic. Gixxy was VERY concerned about the process repeating if we left it there and it was physically fused to the fighter. Erik had to essentially skin the backside of the fighter to remove the headdress.   We searched the rest of the house and found nothing of significant note.   We reported the bodies to the local guards, instructing them to burn the remains.       When we returned to the Embassy, we discovered all 2 dozen of the worker for the temple, killed and laid like breadcrumbs to the embassy. Each of them looted and their eyes burned out. The final body laid in front of the embassy being ZygZax the Very Very Wise, now Very Very Dead.
