Objective

Locate Gavin, intel at minimum, convince to join Ft if possible.    

Observations

-Gavin is NOT coming to the Fort without MUCH greater motivation.   -I don't believe for a second the council would let Gavin have his seat at the council. Too much unrest and unruly people.   -I highly doubt Gavin will live to get to the council under current circumstances. IF we encounter in less than an day 1 person willing to pay for Gavin's removal, I have no doubt the ruling council would eliminate him also. Assuming they are not behind Hendricks already.      

Follow up

he fort needs a smith. While Gavin Jr technically is one, the better prize would be to get Gavin Sr., smithing here.   His previous statements were to get Gavin Jr safely to camp, I believe if we can ensure Gavin Jr's safety, by his appointment to the City Council, this would suffice to motivate Gavin Sr to enlist his services here.   What parent wouldn't be proud of this.   The most expedient means to that seams to be to pursue the evidence for Lord Highmast and have him removed from office, one way or the other. Fort personnel would then only need to support the general populace in the movement for Gavin's appointment.

Deployment was normal and uneventful.   At Stone Circle, received Esmaray's msg   "safe waiting watching"   Left Jericho's msg   Misses you   Good Hunts   Don't do anything stupid       Deployment to Aethilar similarly normal.       To his full credit, Sir Klarion spoke well and even eloquently to the locals.   Made very friendly relations with a pair of guards one name Dean       -Aethilar primary deity Umberlee       Located Gavin   Casual inspection suggests he has some experience smithing   but he seems to be far more focused with he political rising   is the Peoples leader of Tade guilds in protests, they want a representation on the council   Gavin fancy's himself the man for the job.   Claims to already own most of the guilds   Based in smith shop by the dock. Sounds like he still owns it but delegate work to others.   Keeping himself free for local political aspirations.       Gavin himself also willing to have council members killed for advancement.   Gavin claims he has knowledge Lord Highmast has turned against city.   -*GAVIN wants a DEAL*-   Wants us to B&E for proof to oust Highmast.   Gavin then would use his the court of public opinion to rise to fill that seat.   Once in position, he would be willing to do the camp a favor.       Pseudo-incidentally: Gavin took quite the fancy to Mason, so would seem to be likely best future contact       Local man name Hendricks was predecessor to Gavin.   Hendricks has the money to buy sellswords.
