Hallows of Horsia 9: The Crypt Revisited

 

Objective

Go back and investigate the crypt found in the Shadowfell mirroring the Stagford Moonwell.
 
 

Observations

The wizard we met in the embassy got more and more loose lipped as we got him more and more drunk. He apparently knew a lot of really interesting stuff. he told us that Valas has been holding out on a lot of very relevant information. Perhaps Valas should be grilled for information?

Preparation Details

1. Be ready to investigate the spooky crypt
 

Operation Details

Went ported to the Northern Outpost and then traveled north to near the Stagford Moonwell. Then we transitioned into the Shadowfell. Once in the Shadowfell we heard someone saying "Hello? Have you come to save me?" Then we had to some running to actually "catch up" to the crypt as it seemed like it was not moving closer to us. It was weird
  We found the stone tablet. Lark read it to us all. We tested to see how water would react with the ground. it seemed that the red light form the crypt got brighter when water was absorbed by the ground.
  We entered the crypt. The red light in the crypt did not give off any magic. We heard a voice ring off: "Ah, Traveler. Have you come seeking judgement? Walk these halls and view those who have been judged, if you dare."
  As we traversed the trapped area and traveled deeper into the crypt, we noticed a couple dead bodies. The guy alluded to whom may be the patron of the shrine. Sister to the Rain. He led us into the Shrine. He instructed us on how to potentially speak to the being.
  We got to have a discussion with an unimaginably powerful being. Aujirgix asked for Tavvok's soul location and was given an opportunity to get it back in exchange for something we were not (apparently) privileged to know about.
  We explored some doors and saw a library and some records. We were not able to bring anything back with us when we tried to leave. Lark ended up activating the compass and getting us through back to material plane. We appeared at Lehigh and moved our way to the embassy.
  At the Embassy, we were introduced to Elghorn; He was on old wizened one; He smokes a pipe.
