Rogers Bar

Outside the main naval headquarters in Rome on Earth lies a small bar down a side alley. From the outside, the bar appears to be just another dive bar, a watering hole for those seeking cheap drinks. However, stepping inside reveals its true nature as the go-to bar for the highest-ranking officers of the Imperial Navy.   Its not sure when the bar became the place were the top brass hung out but the stories go that some hundred years earlier, the admiral who would become the highest commanding officer of the navy, when he was still just a cadet, would walk the streets of Rome, looking for entertainment and the like and one evening he found Rogers Bar, although it was not called Rogers bar at the time, that was a name it got when a squardron of Destroyers donated a Jolly Rogers flag to the bar. This admiral would, every time he was on Earth, make an effort to visit this bar at least once, and as the word spread of this bar, it soon became the favoured watering hole for the top brass of the navy.   Inside, the bar is nothing special, it consists of two floors, with the one at street level having a bar running along one of the walls with a handful of booths opposite, the floor above, likewise, contains a bar, but this one is serving the finer drinks, anything from whiskey to drinks and like below also have several booths spread around.   While it's a known hotspot for Imperial Navy officers, the Imperial Army has still tried to enter, leading to frequent fights that often got out of hand, requiring the police and Military police to intervene.
