Halbidiss is an oddity in Jathan. As far as most know, he is the only Gnome in the next 100 miles and most aren’t sure what to make of him. Living in a self made complex in the sewers of Jathan, Halbidiss is a tinkerer first and a collector of odds and ends second. Many a person with interesting items or items acquired in…… interesting ways, have glanced at a drainage hole on the streets only to see gnomish eyes looking back at them and a low voice asking, “What’re ya sellin?”
