Why are they famous and/or wealthy: A great mercenary company family. Their wealth is the spoils of war. There is the original mercenary company that is controlled by the head of the clan. If finances allow, each child of the head of house is given a small, brand new mercenary company of their own to increase the wealth and prestige of the family.
