Personal history
Not much is known about Frozen Rain's past before the genetic procedure other than she was an orphan, loved science, and wanted to work in a lab, when she got the opportunity to be genetically modified into an Ascended (allowing her to also finally free herself from gender dysphoria) she jumped on the opportunity. During the procedure, the Envoris stopped working and her right eye completely stopped working and she was turned into a Glitch. She really didn't mind being a Glitch other than the dreaded Stage Alpha which she hated because it took control of her life away from her, she got a replacement robotic eye a few days after the failed procedure.
She was adopted as the daughter of Tullius Tiberia a few weeks after the failed procedure and was named Frozen Rain, she started working at Lab Ruby as an assistant and caught both the nickname "Cloud" and her first name "Raine".
