Maatau Wae ( Dagger Mouth): Ciutat de Phillips (phiilips town), Joaciuta ( Joanna’s City)   Islands were Earliest kingdom of the Sea elves, lived primarily in the sea with little building or interest in the land in of itself. Coastal cities started to form on the main continent as warring states cut off the river forcing trade routes out to sea hugging the coast line. The ports started as stop overs and outposts attracting tradesmen and artisans. But started to grow as refugees and other outcasts began living in the areas surrounding the outposts. Eventually rich Merchants, tired of piracy along these routes began funding private fleets designed to not only escort trade vessels but patrol the routes. Soon, these merchants started using these fleets to attack other merchants and prevent their ships from utilising their parts. Through strategic alliances and intimidation a Merchant family took over the city of Wansloop and declared themselves king and queen. Levying there new found unity they begin to take over through either trade or war the neighboring cities. As they brought the surrounding area into line the mainland powers were too busy to notice rocky coastal outpost being taken over. As they grew they began expanding out into the Sea Elves, land based trading posts. At this point the other nations began to take notice one of them marched an army through the mountains and managed to surprise Wansloop due to their control of the sea the royal family was able to escape. However, the invaders burned and sacked the city in its entirety. The next King of Wansloop declared the old sea elf island capital the new capital and began building. Due to the wealth successive emperors began to build out monuments and ports until the entire Island was surrounded. And built up including a full sea wall with 100 foot statue of a tentacled leviathan rising out of the ocean and up the walls.
