She is a chaotic package, inflating joy that loves to spread fun, pranks, and her magical inflation to everyone she meets. There is no big goal or plan in her life towards which she is working in secret. Leilani lives from day to day and rarely plans more than two steps.

She often playfully shouts a catchphrase before she transforms someone to mimic a magical girl that uses her ability.

Personal history
Leilani was born on Maui, Hawaii, as the third child of her parents. Her childhood was happy and filled with joyful memories with her family and friends. From early years onward, she formed a tight connection with those around her. It was natural that, after she grew up, she became a tourist guide.
It was the 16th of April, 2026, that changed her life forever, as the first Looncubus ship landed on Earth. She was the one present and made first contact with the aliens. As a present for her help, the Looncubus captain transformed her into a Looncubus.
What followed were several days of intensive fun for Leilani, during which she shared her new abilities with many of her friends, family members, and all she knew and could find! After the government of the USA made contact with the ship and negotiated their stay, Leilani decided to travel the world.
Education
Leilani has basic high school education and learned the job of a Tourist Guide for Hawaii.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Leilani was the first human to establish contact with the Looncubus Aliens upon their arrival. Her role was pivotal during the initial negotiations between humanity and the Looncubi, where she served as a mediator and facilitator. She is particularly noted for her ability to bridge communication gaps and foster understanding between the two species in the critical early days of their interaction.
