Gram
Gram is a gamblers heaven. Its a bit more subtle, but casinos, mob bosses, crooked buisinessmen and mafia run the city.
They worship primarily Jalynx, the goddess of luck and karma, and Laurix, the god of currency, business, and commerce.
Gram is the city that Matthias chose to host Twilight Headquarters because it is so easy to go undetected.
