Kaelar Jääkäri has long been one of the most respected figures in Cleveland’s Kithain community—a towering Troll of quiet conviction and indomitable will. With slate-gray skin, pale green eyes, and a pair of sturdy ridged horns, Kaelar stands as both a sentinel and a steward of local Glamour. His signature look—business casual garments tailored to his immense frame—reflects his commitment to both community presence and practical duty. His words are few but never wasted, and when Kaelar speaks, even the most restless of Pooka fall silent.

Among mortals, Kaelar walks as Kaleb Larson, a popular community organizer and longtime advocate for the development of the Cleveland Steelyard and other economic renewal efforts. He is a fierce supporter of worker unions and frequently appears at city hall meetings, rallies, and community events, urging sustainable investment in working-class neighborhoods. Kaleb is widely admired in activist circles and often tapped for guidance by local leaders—including Mayor Justin Bibb—though few realize the full weight of his presence.
