The Assembly
The Assembly is a smuggling organization that is mainly run by goblins. They are not illegal on the surface worlds but is outlawed by the Goblin empire as they mainly sell stolen goblin tech and magic. They have small outposts in most cities mainly in the more criminally inclined areas where they can avoid detection by Goblin authorities, because of this they mostly do not trust outside goblins because they could be working for the Empire.
