Padstone gang
The Padstone gang is the largest criminal organization in the city of Fenwick and the Duchies as a whole. They have bases in all the major cities in the country but are centered around the capital. It is known that they have strong links to people in Dimcolt and that they deal with a lot of illegal artifacts recovered from the Hollows below the ground.
