Giants and Goliaths
Much like how all full elves contain a shard of the god Caurus giants are the people who received the shard of the god Allowin, and goliaths are same but without the shard. They used to be more populous in the north of the continent around the The kingdom of Norport and the Varisar kingdom, they were persecuted by the people of the Duchies and hunted for sport in the northern regions so most of them have fled to the Allowin heights or taken refuge in the more accepting Varisar kingdom.
The grand museum in Norport contains a collection of shards of Allowin taken from the hunted Giants.
