The Shjein Company is a chain of jewelers with locations on every continent. They are known for nonmagical but high quality jewelry for the average person across Sirasea. They sell finished jewelry as well as metal and gems wholesale, and enterprising adventurers often go to them for both raw and finished spell components.
The company was founded by a halfling couple, Meyer and Anina Shteynerkutter – their name, translated from 'Stonecutter' in the original halfling, was originally misspelled on their business permit in Eimrand. Being polite folk, they opted not to change it to avoid embarrassing anybody.
