The Sargath people are from the Satar League on Stormreach Island. They are a race of warrior minotaurs who believe it is their destiny to rule the worlds, that might makes right and in their own superiority over all other races. They are devout followers of the Order of the Silver Gauntlet commit actstheir longships makes landfall so their warriors can engage in raids upon coastal communities. They are considered a scourge by most other nations and members of their people typically have a cautious watch kept on them by suspicious authorities whenever they near.   Some typical beliefs of the Sargath are trial by combat, executing anyone who shows cowardice in combat, believing that if you have the strength to take something it is your right to take it if you want and treating defeated enemies with honor and mercy if they prove their skill, honor and bravery. They have an innate hatred of slavery and slavers and look upon it as their duty to free slaves from enslavement and punish anyone who would enslave others. Their society itself is arranged in a highly egalitarian manner where all power and rank is earned by combat, challenges and proving one's worth even to the point that occasionally a non Sargath has risen to powerful office by proving their strength and honor.
