Melcena Hall
Melcena Hall is a college of engineering and artifice in the city of Avalle. It is a sprawling collection of stone buildings set within a walled and gated area. Most locals give the place a wide berth wary because of the weird smells and frequent explosions that come from within the wall. The hall also maintains a small research library within the College Ward which allows them to have more ready access to the cities libraries.
