Vlorg was a minor grunt who had no say in his unit. His commanding officer was killing civilians under the belief that any who do not surrender to the Pact is a willing enemy. Vlorg challenged his commanding officer to single combat and was able to win by ripping the spine of his superior out of his body. Vlorg rose to his current rank of commander. In his 30 years of service since Vlorg has not once been challenged for his position.
