Cruise Engines
Cruise engines are unidirectional engines that can push a vehicle to very high speeds. They are generally used for distance travel while Force Drives are used for changing direction and precise flying (e.g. for docking or combat).
Cruise engines are often used in combination with a warp field generator to cover large distances quickly without time dilation.
The fastest military cruise engines can accelerate a ship to around 10,000,000 KPH (generally only recon ships)
The average commercial cruise engine can accelerate to around 1,000,000 KPH
