Kouko Merit Ambrose
The Second daughter of Agon Ambrose, the younger sibling to Athena Ambrose. She is infamous for her Drunken habits, and aggressive personality. Few expect anything from her. She is close friends with the princess Isis Ambrose, often being seen as the elder sister she never had, and is one of the only people who thinks she's better then she seems. Will Kouko live up to Isis's expectations, or prove everyone else right.

Personal history
Born to Agon Ambrose, as the younger sister of Hideki Ambrose. Shortly after she was born, Isis was born, and the two even from that young age took a liking to each other. Isis often followed around Kouko as the two grew up. Isis was a rather shy girl at the time, but Kouko was as rambunctious as she always was.
While her brother was training as a soldier, she was training under her uncle Hermes. Learning to channel the deeper part of her family blood and fighting wildly. It was this and her inherently rebellious nature that kept her from liking most of the others in her family. Hideki Ambrose was too much of a soldier boy to her, Atum Ambrose too bossy and mean, her father too demanding in duty, her mother seeking her to be a good woman.
As she grew older most people have given up on her. While she does still live with her family, no one expects anything of her. She found herself joy in drinking all across the city, learning of almost every bar. The people of the city have come to see her as a foolish noblewoman with a quick temper and a good heart.
Now, as a young woman, she is stuck in a rut. She wants to leave the city and go elsewhere, but she could never leave behind her cousin. She would prefer to simply marry a nobleman and live a quiet life, but would almost certainly not enjoy it. So she just continues to drink and does as she's asked.

Currently in the service of the city. She takes requests from the Empress and her father but otherwise does her best to avoid work.
