Xaasa (Zah - sah)
The city of tomorrow! As the capital of the Scaela Empire, Xaasa is a regal place full of futuristic technology. Tall towers link up with the gondolas that help traverse between the upper city and the lower city. Due to the vast growing city, a new form of transport was created called steam power.
The capital city of Xaasa is part of the Scaela Empire with a population of 530,000 people and features the important Archive of Amenity, where all documents are stored, both political and trivial. The capital is known for its wines and exquisite tourist attractions, though it is steam-powered and one of the few floating cities across Derelen. Unfortunately, it is afflicted by corrupt officials. The very first Emperor of the Scaela Empire was Zyktaren Solroar, who was crowned in 15,834 TL, and founded the empire on power, strength, military, and secrets.
There are three rings to the city, each representing a different aspect. The Upper Ring is composed of the nobles and royal family. Everything there requires expense and power. The Middle Ring is for those with some power and accumulating wealth, where they work for the government and help with charity events. However, the Lower Ring is known for its poverty and the citizens have to work tirelessly to help the city maintain its function. Most of the citizens in the Lower Ring are workers that slave away in the tunnels below the city. Those who are lucky not to work in the tunnels get to run the shops, factories, and help tend the Zoology Park.

Otherwise, she stays secluded in the royal palace. There is a rumor that she is currently pregnant with the spare heir, but is the child really related to the Emperor?

Title: Prince of Scaela Empire The shy prince of the empire. He avoids more royal duties so that he can study to be as strong and smart as his father. When he does make an appearance, it is because his father wants to show him what being an emperor is truly like. A rumor follows him around that he is not of true lineage to the throne and that makes him question his identity.
Tourism
The industrial age has finally found its way to Xaasa, where they take advantage of the strange mechanics that power the city and allow for it to rise 3,000 feet into the air. By introduced vents and tubes throughout the city, the mechanics were able to invent steam-power that gave way for harnessing electricity. Electric-powered gondolas were invented to help people traverse from each of the three rings that represent the city's classes. The creation of something so powerful built a reputation that the city was the most advanced in the world. Tourists flock the city, interested in what new forms of technology that the government approves of.
Carriages have become steam-powered, no longer requiring the use of animals or constructs. These animals have now found their ways to living in the Zoology Park, where drakes, griffins, and a variety of other strange creature reside. The Museum of the Royal Family can also be found in the middle ring. Tours have become the biggest attraction to date as it brings in the most coin. Each tour brings tourists to the famous locations around the city.
