Okolofungi Transportation
The Okolofungi Greenhouses are home to these docile creatures. Okolofungi are the main source of transportation within elven cities and towns griffins being second. Okolofungi are omnivores and require fresh, damp dirt mixed with decaying meat or plants to maintain peak performance. Okolofungi are noted for their bursts of speed, their keen senses and unlike other land mounts, their ability to attack and defend themselves. Most okolofungi can carry up to three passengers maximum.
Never in my days did I think I would see a cute mushroom creature traversing an elven city like a horse. It boggles my mind. Just when I thought I saw it all, these tall creatures with some form of semi-sentience were able to take commands and be used as a ride or luggage system. They can even pull carts! Oh, I absolutely must find the person who designed the magnificent fungi!
Power Generation
The okolofungi requires 20 lbs of decaying meat or plants mixed into fresh, damp dirt per day. The okolofungi can be let loose for 2 hours a day to go and scavenge for food. It returns after eating.
Propulsion
The okolofungi are able to cross long distances via the six legs it has. They can also increase more speed when crossing over the magnetic pull of magickal ley lines that run throughout Derelen.

Armor and defense
Can be equipped with barding to increase armor class, but the barding takes up the cargo allowance.
Communication Tools & Systems
Each okolofungi has its own unique gem which makes its own unique sound. When the magick spell attuned to the gem is activated, the gem summons the fungi from wherever it might be within a 2 mile radius.
