Egesa

Egesa is often depicted as a magnificent gold dragon, her scales gleaming like burnished gold, her eyes flashing with a vibrant, fiery energy. Her roar is said to be like the crackling of a lightning storm, and her presence is both awe-inspiring and terrifying. Despite her chaotic nature, there is a sense of warmth and compassion in her gaze, reflecting her love for freedom and her belief in the resilience of mortals.

Background

Egesa was the Great Wyrm who organized a resistance amongst the mortals against Mancos. She believed that the chaos that followed The Great Upheaval would only work to strengthen the world. This isn't to say she stayed out of mortal affairs. Like Mancos, she created a religion focused on worshipping her, the Church of Egesa. Her belief is that chaos breeds strength. Despite the chaotic outlook she is often viewed as a champion of mortals. She not only believes in chaos but also the natural good that connects everyone. She was a fierce battlefield commander and her presence often caused fear and chaos in the enemy.

Her followers are encouraged to embrace change, challenge the status quo, and fight for the liberation of themselves and others.
