Rumil Silinthar
Rumil Silinthar is a very successful Sun Elf trader from Inshira Allanar, though he spends most of his time in Nestur's capital city of Gilmond. Rumil is kind and generous, sponsoring various good will projects that have helped him build a strong network of varied connections throughout Nestur and abroad. The man is known to hardly ever make a slip-up in the way he presents himself. Bedecked in fine silks, and with a disarming smile and silver tongue, Rumil has built a practically spotless reputation and its hard to find someone who has anything ill to say about him. Even his fellow elves in Inshira Allanar, normally very disapproving of Nestur and its ties to the Drow, are generally remarkably positive on their countryman. One could argue however, that a man seemingly so perfect in every way must have something to hide.
