Plaguescar Valley

The Plaguescar Valley, now known as the nation of Jiravess, is a large, fertile valley bordered by mountains. Once the home of the thriving human kingdom of Naldoth until the outbreak of a highly infectuous disease known as blood plague. The valley was quarentined to prevent the further spread of the disease. As the Naldoth suffered and the population dwindled to the disease, the fear grew that it would spread to the surrounding lands, despite the quarentine. With most of the valley infected, a giant brass dragon appeared to burn away the disease, halting its spread by torching what remained of Naldoth indiscriminately. The Plaguescar Valley then remained abandoned for a decade until The Fellowship of the Wily Fox braved exploring the valley and found the Blood Plague had been scoured. The adventurers then lead an expedition of Gnomes and Halflings to settle the valley, resulting in the current nation of Jiravess
