Mechanics & Inner Workings
You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. When you hit a dragon or a foe you are at war with, that creature takes an extra 2d10 radiant damage.
While you hold the sword, you can hear the cries of the forsaken. The hilt burns with etherial fire, causing you a burn mark when you first wield the sword. The flame is cold and deals no damage.
While you hold the drawn sword, it creates an aura in a 10-foot radius around you. You and all creatures friendly to you in the aura have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects. If you have 17 or more levels in the paladin class, the radius of the aura increases to 30 feet.
History
It is only known that the sword was crafted by a dragon named Beam on The Back of The Sun.
Torbjorn has found it near Mother Victory's statue not far away from Kaiser's Spire.
