Initiate
Initiate are the least significant member of the Order. Basically a new-joiner, Initiate is yet to go thgrough Order's training roadmap, which includes extensive physical, intellectual and mental trainings. Order tutors are watching closely after the Initiates, to ensure that those are faithfully pursuing Order's ideals.
Upon tutors' decision, an Initiate is joining the Blood Awakening Ritual. Based on the outcome of the ritual, Initiate either gains access to Blood Magic, and officially becomes a Pariah, or dies and horrific agony.
