Himitsu Seji

Silvered Artisan

Himitsu Seji, a professor and artist at the Bennain Guildhall, is a celebrated expert in merging ancient masonry with modern sculpture to create kinetic art. Whether working with soft sandstone, fragile limestone, or delicate marble, he skillfully blends geological or mineral materials with metal and embellishes them with vibrant mosaics. Despite his quirky and eccentric personality, he is a respected master in his field and sometimes even shares his knowledge with students beyond the prestigious walls of the Guildhall.   An elderly tengu with skin the color of aged mahogany, he stands resolute if slightly bowed by years of hard work, his long, flowing hair cascading like a river of silver down his back, contrasting starkly with his short, bristly gray beard. Draped in a robe of deep, forest green that seems to blend seamlessly with his natural surroundings whenever he is outdoors, he exudes an aura of ancient wisdom. In one hand, he grasps a gnarled wooden cane topped with a wooden hammer, its surface polished smooth by years of use. In the other, he deftly holds a smaller wooden hammer and metal chisel, tools that bear the marks of countless creations, poised and ready for their next task.
